Where does one locate the program that runs windows compression(zip) ?
A user here is writing some code and they need to know where the program lives that runs the win zip utility.

Thanks in advance.

It's zipfldr.dll, so it can't be used from the command line (if that's what you're after). It's found in %SystemRoot%\System32
