The network and Internet is working. The computer, Dell LapTop, and the wireless solutioin is working.

But when I try to connect to Internet the dial-up dialog keeps popping up asking me to use phone-modem.

Also, the error message that "no server was found" also show all the time...

The Internet works fine with the PowerBook Mac OS X, in only 2-3 seconds...

Try running the Home Network wizard and the Wireless Network wizard.

Thank you for these tips. However, I have run all the various wizards... and the wizards really makes me not so happy anymore.

Why are things in Windows so complicated!?

My question is, tell me where to look for the "networking software" shall look for Internet in the LAN rather than in the dial-up connection... (wich is deleted, by the way.)

Try this
Open properties in i.e (if using that)

Connections.

Remove Dial up connections. Select never dial a connection (if required.

In Lan Settings, check that "Use Proxy" is not ticked (unless you need it)

Only the truly stupid believe they know everything.

I have deleted all Dial up connections in this field. The LAN setting, I am not so sure about, but let me check this...

I think it is not marked.
