We have 16 Axis cameras here at work, and I would definitely recommend them. Look for the 'w' suffix on a model to indicate wireless. Most are capable of what you are looking for - motion sensing, upload to ftp. Pan, tilt and zoom ups the cost quite a bit! Picture quality can be astounding...
