Automatic e mail from access sending blank report

Have a Form people insert Data into and then an auomatic button to e mail to different addresses. When the email reaches the other end it is sometimes blank and not picking up the typed fields. This is an error that is not happening all the time. I am at a loss.

Can you see the code that sends the email?
Is it using sendobject?

Yes, It is using sendobject

You can put a program break on the sendobject line and check the values to see if they make it this far.
maybe create a logfile and log the email values if it is a hard to reproduce problem.

Have you changed the Email program, or patched the system with security patches? Are all the users using the same email program?
