Hi I am trying to setup the new Avaya Web communicator but I need to add a SSL cert. To do this I have to create a CSR file. Has anyone done this? if so can you let me know how to do it please. Thanks in advance for any help.

I assume you also have the license needed?

Yes I have all the licences need for this. I have no found how to create the CSR file and now have the cert. the problem is now the IPO doesn't change to the one I import to the server.
