Can anyone tell me if the call log on the 5410 and 5420 work. I have been trying to get them to log missed calls and incoming calls. But it will only log out going calls. I have reload the bin files to the phones. Checked that all call loging options are set to yes. The system software is 1st site on 2.1(27) 2nd site 3.0(59) and the 3rd is 3.1(48).

I think the call logging feature requires line Appearance buttons. Call log works fine here on 5420 for incoming calls.

I have no problems with the call log working. The lines in manager have to be set to loop start with caller id and not just loop start
